A delectable and hearty salad with Shredded Green and Red Cabbage, Shredded Carrots, Green Onions, Dry Roasted Cashews, Rotisserie Chicken(from Whole Foods) and a Thai Sauce (no peanuts) that we make from Tahini, fresh Ginger, Lime Juice, Honey and Coconut Aminos. This salad was made when private cheffing for nutrition clients. It turned out so delicious, we added it to the menu. It's so healthy too, giving 36 grams of protein, with roughage helpful to the gut and hormone balance.
