Delivery & Concierge Wellness Programs
Due to the highly personalized nature of our programs, Hana Hou accepts a limited number of clients at a time. All meal/juice delivery and wellness programs begin with an inquiry to ensure the appropriate fit and level of support for both the client and our team.

Fresh-Pressed, Made to Order
Every juice is cold-pressed fresh in small batches and prepared as close to delivery time as possible to preserve flavor, vitality, and freshness. Unlike mass-produced bottled juices, your order is not sitting in a refridgerator for days before arriving at your door.
To ensure the highest quality experience, we coordinate our pressing schedule closely with our delivery drivers. If deliveries are delayed or routes become backed up, we intentionally delay pressing until drivers are prepared to leave for delivery. This allows your juices and prepared meals to arrive as fresh as possible.
Clients will receive delivery updates and notifications for a smooth and seamless experience.
Island-Wide Delivery
Delivery is available island-wide throughout O‘ahu, including military bases, after your inquiry receives a reply, and you are approved to place an order.
Flat delivery fee: $15
Storage & Freshness Guidelines
For optimal freshness and shelf life, juices should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and stored between 36–38°F.
For best results:
- Remove beverages from the thermal tote bag once delivered
- Store juices toward the back of the refrigerator where temperatures remain coldest
- Avoid storing bottles in refrigerator doors
Under proper refrigeration, juices typically maintain optimal freshness for approximately 5 days.
Important Perishable Item Policy
Hana Hou takes great care to package all juices and meals in insulated thermal totes with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit. Once delivered, clients are responsible for promptly refrigerating all perishable items.
Our delivery team will notify you via text message or phone call once your order has arrived.
Please note:
- Thermal totes generally maintain cool temperatures for approximately 1 hour after delivery depending on weather conditions
- We are unable to replace or refund items that have been left unrefrigerated after successful delivery

At Hana Hou Juice Co., we're dedicated to promoting sustainability and reducing waste. We encourage our valued customers to join us in our glass bottle recycling program. After savoring your cold-pressed juices and shakes, we kindly ask that you rinse the glass bottles and store them with their caps in the Hana Hou Juice Co. thermal tote bag provided to you. When you're ready for your next juice order, simply leave the filled tote bag outside your door, and we'll pick up your empty bottles during your next delivery. If you prefer a scheduled pick-up, you can email us at aloha@hanahoujuice.com, and we'll arrange it at your convenience.
To support this eco-friendly initiative, there is a one-time $15 delivery program fee, which includes two thermal tote bags—one for dropping off your juices and the other for picking up the empties for recycling. Thank you for helping us make a positive impact on the environment!
