Experience the ease of our doorstep delivery. To ensure freshness, we craft your juice a few hours before dispatch. If delivery drivers are backed up, rest assured, we won't press your juice until they are ready to deliver, guaranteeing it's made fresh to order. Stay updated on delivery status with our handy tracker for a seamless experience. Normal delivery times (on delivery day) take 2-3 hours from the time of purchase. If your order is purchased before 12pm on a delivery day, you will have same day delivery. If after 12pm, we wont press your juice until the next morning and it will be delivered shortly thereafter. Optimal storage of the juices will be between 36 and 38 degrees in your refrigerator. This ensures maximum freshness and a shelf life of at least 5 days. Upon delivery of your bottles, place them immediately in the fridge, separated from their thermal tote bag. The beverages will stay colder if they are kept towards the back of your refrigerator, not at the front of the shelf or in the door shelf.
While Hana Hou takes great care to ensure that our juices are delivered in thermal totes with ice packs for optimal freshness, please be aware that the perishable nature of the juices may result in them becoming warm shortly after delivery. Our dedicated delivery drivers will promptly notify you of your delivered status via text message or phone call. We kindly request that you take responsibility for the proper storage and refrigeration of your perishable goods once they have been delivered to your location. We will not replace or refund juices that have been sitting out too long, once delivered. The thermal totes will protect temperature for up to 1 hour after delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

At Hana Hou Juice Co., we're dedicated to promoting sustainability and reducing waste. We encourage our valued customers to join us in our glass bottle recycling program. After savoring your cold-pressed juices and shakes, we kindly ask that you rinse the glass bottles and store them with their caps in the Hana Hou Juice Co. thermal tote bag provided to you. When you're ready for your next juice order, simply leave the filled tote bag outside your door, and we'll pick up your empty bottles during your next delivery. If you prefer a scheduled pick-up, you can email us at aloha@hanahoujuice.com, and we'll arrange it at your convenience.
To support this eco-friendly initiative, there is a one-time $15 delivery program fee, which includes two thermal tote bags—one for dropping off your juices and the other for picking up the empties for recycling. Thank you for helping us make a positive impact on the environment!
