A delicious salad of Lebanese origin, refined by Hana Hou to be gluten free and consist chiefly of quinoa, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint, spring onion, sweet yellow bell pepper, lemon juice, hemp seeds, and olive oil. We include a few ounces of fresh organic feta cheese and a tangy tahini, dijon and lemon dressing. Bon Appetite!
